Typically there will be an initial membership cost of say 100k to join a country club. Most clubs give you 80-90% equity of the initial fee when you sell your home. Annual Merrill Lynch Shootout hosted by Greg Norman in Naples FL

Naples, Florida is home to the Merrill Lynch Shootout in the end of every year. This year the tournament takes place December 5th-9th, 2007 at Tiburon. The tournament always brings an impressive list of top PGA tour golfers(a very impressive list, ie Fred Couples, etc), mainly because it's hosted by the great Greg Norman. Naples, Florida has an impressive selection of golf courses and a couple different ways to take advantage. Most golf courses in Naples, Fl are private and require membership at one of the courses.
