Tuscany Reserve was ranked the #1 best maintained new golf course in 2006 and they are now offering a 3 year refundable trial membership for 35,000 dollars! The member only pays the annual dues and may get his full 35,000 back after the 3 years or put the money toward the full 105k membership.
